栂池高原スキー場沿いに位置し、雪景色を楽しめるラーメン屋です。
醤油と豚骨を合わせたスープが絶品で心温まる味わいです。
滑った後に味わうラーメンは特に美味しく、満腹感も得られます。
Best ramen I’ve had in Japan!!! The broth itself is unbelievable. Menu is simple and easy to choose from. The spice range is perfect from no spice to a level three. Level one has that perfect level of spice that warms you up without suffering haha. The gyozas are quite large as well and soooooo yum. Definitely recommend.
栂池高原スキー場のゲレンデ沿いのラーメン屋さんで醤油豚骨頂きました。今年からオープンしたみたいですが、スタッフの方の接客はもちろんのこと、スープの濃厚さ、麺の硬さ、トッピング類全部まとめてとても美味しく大満足でした。スキー場で食べるラーメンのイメージを覆すような繊細のスープの味でした。またリピートします。
The best ramen in HakubaYou might think it's a bit expensive but it's so tasty. The soup is a mixture of soya and pork. It'll warm you up and fill. Even more tasty after snowboarding! Worth trying.Staff can speak English and friendly so easy to communicate with.
