福岡名物のもつ焼きを楽しめる、絶品のお店です。
コロナ禍前からのファンにも愛される伝統の味です。
中央区春吉の隠れ家的な居酒屋で特別な時間を過ごせます。
今回は福岡市中央区春吉にある『もつ焼き塩田屋』タイトルにも書いている通り福岡名物と言えばもつ鍋ですが…塩田屋はもつ鍋ではなくもつ焼きのお店。おまかせ料理が2パターンあります。何を食べても美味しいですが…中身焼きを食べてみて下さい。お店に行ったから感想お願いします。
English notation is also below!!食べるの大好き🦍です！🦍 loves to eat!気になっていたお店。たまたま友人が行っていたので、感想を聞くと「オススメ」とのことだったので福岡に来たタイミングで訪問。いやぁ、食べました。・お通しオクラとヤングコーンが良い感じ・センマイの刺身ザクザクした食感が良い。美味しい。・ハツの刺身旨い。味、食感全てが好み。リピ確定。・冷やしピーマン福岡と言えば！ぱりぱりの冷えたピーマン。食感は良いが、少し塩は多いか。・しろ串焼きもつ焼きの定番。綺麗にカットされているので臭みなし！ただ旨味も少し弱いか。・ヒレ串焼き凄かった。ふわふわという表現に近い柔らかさ。美味しかった。リピ確定。・中身焼（小腸、ハツ、センマイ、タン、キャベツ、トマト、カイワレ）色々な部位が楽しめる一品。モツが旨いのは当然、溶け出した旨味が染みたキャベツがまた良い。・コリコリ酢モツ炙って作りたてのの酢モツ。コリコリ感が凄い。良い。・タタキキュウリ独特な味わい。好みは分かれそう。・ハラミ炙り肉喰ってる感が強い。綺麗な見た目とは裏腹に、噛めば噛むほど旨味が出てくる。・タン芯串焼き美味しいタン塩を串で食べる。想像は超えず。・ハラミ串焼き炙りとは違う香ばしさと肉汁。個人的にはハラミは串焼きの方が好み。美味しい。・中身焼のガーリックライス中身焼を食べた人だけがたどり着ける間違いないやつ。旨味が溶け出したあぶらで作るガーリックライスは当然美味しかった。ご馳走様でした！A store I was interested in.A friend happened to be there, so when I asked him what he thought, he said it was highly recommended, so I decided to visit when I came to Fukuoka.Well, I ate it.・AppetizerOkra and young corn taste good・Japanese mai sashimiGood crunchy texture. delicious.・ Heart sashimiDelicious. コロナ禍前以来の久しぶりの博多でした。春吉界隈のホテルだったので、もつ焼塩田屋に初訪問。初食の中身焼と〆のガーリックライスが美味しすぎてびっくり。席数はあまりなさげですが、カウンターで是非とも中身焼や刺し系をご堪能頂きたい。
