新横浜駅から近く、利便性が高い立地です。
多様なATMが揃い、午前2時まで利用可能です。
3階には外国為替サービスが充実している特設フロアがあります。
ATMで札を30枚おろしました。出てきた札 全てがボロボロ。中には破れている札も...せめて破れているものは、回収じゃないのかと思いますが...財布に入れるのも嫌です。
Ground floor are ATM machines. Second floor is general teller banking. Third floor is specific customer services such as foreign exchanges. Staff are very well manner and helpful. Their English is not perfect but as a foreigner, I was able to get my banking done with not problem. There is not much place you can buy Japanese Yen in Shinyokohama but this bank is able to help you. Forex rate are not very good but it comes handy if you need urgent JPY cash.
駅から近いだけでなく、ATMは午前２時までなのでとても便利です。
