Inside, they put the apron on me, the male dentist started cleaning my teeth and stopped in 10 seconds. He said, “your teeth look great, so it’s okay. The specialist isn’t here today so we will give you another appointment”. So why did he start the cleaning?! If the specialist wasn’t there, they could have just sent me back from the reception. I had to change my work schedule for this appointment.フォローアップに行ったら、健康保険証などの手続きを済ませた後、中に呼ばれた。クリーニングを始めて10秒ほどで、「歯がきれいですね。今日は専門の担当者がいないので、別の日に予約を取らせていただきます。」と言われた。最初から専門の担当者がいなかったのなら、なぜ中に呼ばれたのか分からない。受付で予約変更ができたはずなのに。仕事の調整をしてフォローアップに行ったので、非常に腹が立った。
