Fantastic experience staying at Aoi Suite Takayama! The property was clean and family friendly. The location was great in Takayama for everything that we wanted to experience. The owner of the property went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and welcoming stay. He even surprised us with a cake to celebrate my wife's birthday! Highly recommend, this was a memorable experience.
Thank you very much for your kind hospitality and support. We are very glad to have chosen here as an alternative versus a typical hotel where we usually stay at. What an amazing option this was for an accommodation in Hida-Takayama!! The layout of the place looks amazing, cleanliness was superb, location is convenient, and absolutely no complaints what-so-ever from us! The security and auto-lock systems were easy to use, quite neighborhood, fresh clean towels were always provided, and all around very comfortable and can easily fit a family of 5~6! We will definitely move this to our number one option for accommodations when we visit Takayama again! Thanks.

這是我最難的日本住宿經驗，在日本自駕第一次發生交通意外，被快速行駛的汽車撞到，為了解決在日本語言不通跟電話無法撥打國際電話的問題，詢問了租車公司很久一直都無法有效的解決，最後尋求民宿老闆的協助處理，民宿夫妻兩是移民的中國人，很親切跟很有耐心幫我們從中協調跟溝通，讓我們體驗了人情味，最後還開著車載我們到車站搭車，雖然發生了插曲，無法好好體驗民宿的設施，但下次再來高山市一次，一定二話不說再選一次這間民宿。
