Lovely and cozy atmosphere with kids books and handmade items. The staff are lovely and the food was so delicious. The outside of the building is not much to look at but it is a hidden gem. Also has amazing vegan options. Highly recommend.
Such a haven for wholesome, good food in the Kumano Kodo area, especially for vegetarians / vegans! Unexpectedly one of the best meals of our trip. Seems like they consistently offer two vegan meals and one non-vegan meal (also appears that the non-vegan option uses local game). We got both vegan plates (an open face sandwich and bim-bap) and they were SO good. The cafe itself is so cozy, we stayed for an hour after lunch to read and relax. The soy milk plum lassi was out of this world good.
This place is a real gem, especially if you’re vegan and have been struggling finding good, nourishing vegan food. The outside looks simple, it’s an old school building - but inside you will find a beautiful, cozy, warm and bright vibe, old wooden floors, big loft-style windows, solid wooden furniture in organic shapes, and a little corner with books and artwork for sale. The food is heavenly, they have several vegan options. We had a vegan bowl of bibimbap with rice, soy meat and fresh veggies, an open sandwich with hummus, vegan cheese and mushrooms, a plum soy milk lassi (must try!!), fresh tangerine juice, and fresh vegan chocolate cake and vegan cheese cake. They sell small vegan cookies and rice crackers. Everything was fresh, homemade, healthy and nourishing. I’m so grateful we found this place and can’t recommend it enough!!
学校の懐かしい雰囲気を感じながら食べるランチは美味しかったです。健康にも良さげなご飯と、美味しいデザートも食べれて幸せな時間でした。

Bookcafe kuju改めCafeるんたです。名前は変わりましたが、お店自体は以前と何か変わった感じはなく相変わらず雰囲気は最高です。ランチも変わらず美味しいですし、やっぱりイイお店でした。
