I lived about 11 months in this share-house. The location is very convenient, just next to Shôji station on Sennichimae line, in 15min you can be in NambaVery quiet neighborhood, residential area, with 2 konbini at 3min of walk and a Daiso + Supermarket at 10min of walk.The bedrooms are comfortable, there is a slight lack of furniture in the living-room and kitchen but all daily-life necessary furniture is here so there is no real problem, and above all the place is clean and the rent is very affordable.The landlord, あつみさん, regularly come to clean the common parts (kitchen, living-room and bathroom) and is very available and nice.I recommand this share-house 👍🏻J'ai résidé environ 11 mois dans cette share-house. L'emplacement est idéal, environ 2 min à pieds de la station de métro Shôji sur la Sennichimae line, une Des lignes principales, en 15min il est possible de se rendre à Namba.Le quartier résidentiel est très calme, avec 2 konbini à 3min à pieds et un Daiso + un supermarché à 10min à pieds.Les chambres sont confortables, il y a manque léger d'ameublement dans le salon et la cuisine mais l'essentiel pour la vie quotidienne est présent donc ce n'est pas un vrai problème, de plus, l'endroit est en bon état et le loyer est très correct. La propriétaire あつみさん vient réguilèrement faire le ménage dans les parties communes (cuisine, salon et salle de bain) et est très disponible et sympathique.Je recommande cette share-house 👍🏻
This house was perfect for me. The room had everything I needed and had a lot of space! The kitchen was also very well equipped with all you might need to cook. The house surroundings were awesome! A lot of restaurants, convenience stores and a big supermarket close by. Also the subway station is very close to the house which helped me a lot. I would definitely recommend and stay again!

I stayed here for three months, and it was my first time living in a sharehouse. It was a truly memorable and enjoyable experience. The place was comfy \u0026 homey, also the owner was welcoming. During my stay, I met some lovely people and I know I'll always remember my time here. Until next time!
