I don't know why people don't go to Church more often...ok ok I know why.Anyways, I have been to many Catholic Churches here in Japan. St Michael (patron of this Church) has taken care of it well because it is beautiful! I love the stained glass. Sunlight was streaming in through the windows when I went in. Right behind the altar there is a beautiful piece of Mary and the Child, the gradation and intense colours made them almost 3 dimensional, as if they were going to come to life any moment. Of course you better confess your sins before you meet Jesus again. I spent a wonderfully quiet time here praying and wishing I wasn't quite such a sinner.
