周辺のオススメ
Mitsubachi Center is a working bee farm where they make honey. They also have a museum with examples of historical bee keepers' hives, and a wide ranging collection of bee related items from around the world. Visitors must call to make a reservation, and the entrance fee includes 20-30 minutes explanation at the hives (almost 1,000,000 bees on site), question and answer time, and free samples of 7 different kinds of honey, most of which are also for sale. We have been three times, always learn new things, and enjoy helping to mechanically extract (and then eat) honey from the boards used in the hives. Staff are always very friendly, informative, helpful and patient, and great care is taken to make sure the experience is safe as well as fun.
