海から歩いてすぐの立地で、様々なレストランにも蕎麦を供給しています。

This is a traditional Soba Mill. Located in a small city (by Japanese standards) it is run by the Bando family. They are a wonderful family who treat their workers as an extension of the family. there is a koi pond on the premises and the families house is also on site. They supply various restaurants and probably more. It is also located a short walk from the ocean.
