here is NOT a hotel, only some owner doing guest house like airbnb at this place.民泊に蝕まれたマンションは周りの誰も得しません。
Slightly old but well maintained. Very near to Namba Park and the surrounding food outlets. Walking distance to dotonbori so very convenient. We booked the place via Agoda and the landlord Mitsui San gave us very good and detail instructions to find the place. He even emailed us to see if we had problems finding the location when we arrived late. Would recommend it to visitors..

周辺のオススメ
2018年4月に訪れました。街を一望できる高層マンション。難波駅のすぐそばではありませんが、コンドミニアムは清潔で手入れが行き届いていたので、問題ありません。（原文）Visited on April 2018. High-rise condo with a good view of the city. Not exactly near to Namba Station but the condo was clean and well maintained so I’m okay with that.
