I had food poisoning here after eating the oyster course.They waived my portion of the meal but other guests were charged.Food is good but the experience was damaged because all the guests watched one person getting sick.

These were just tremendous. Large, roomy, comfortable and modern. They were well equipped including useful items like laundry detergent and salt that are often excluded (who wants to buy a whole bottle of detergent for a short week’s skiing?). Staff were unfailingly helpful and friendly, happily answering queries and booking restaurants for our whole stay. Highly recommended.

This Phoneix Hakuba Hotel is located very closed to the Happ-One Ski Resort. The Italian restaurant in the hotel, Mimi’s, in my opinion, is one of the best in Hakuba. We have the most enjoyable dining experience at this restaurant. The environment is relax and comfortable. The restaurant can offer shuttle pick-out service so that you can feel free to drink without the worry to drive back home. Will definitely include this restaurant in our next ski trip to Hakuba. If you still want to criticize, can only say the desserts were just acceptable. Needless to say, staff are friendly and nice.
