They take multiple measurements of your feet and make inserts that fit in whatever shoes you bring in. They speak very good English, and explain how their inserts can help relieve pain, and in a week or so your inserts are ready for pick up. Bring your shoes with you when you pick up your inserts and they’ll cut them to fit in your shoes perfectly. Military Tri-Care covers 2 pairs if you get a referral from your PCM but if you can’t get insurance to cover them, then you can buy a set for around $200.
