The best sushi experience in my life. It's not luxurious sushi you knew. But this place is better than the fancy ones.The menu changes by the season/temperature. There is no menu listing.Just tell your chef how hungry you are.You are lucky if you ended up in this random sushi place and have an Hotate Sushi. お品書きが無いので、最初は戸惑いましたが1個から握ってくれるので、非常に良い対応でした。握りも旨く、刺身（赤貝・螺貝）も絶品です。また行きます。
