I always experience excellent service and Hiro is absolutely the best! My curly hair cuts and highlights, as well as hair treatments, are always wonderful. Cool music and a selection of coffee and tea is a bonus, too. You can't go wrong - highly recommend!

¡Excelente! ¡Me encanto el resultado! Es difícil encontrar un salón que entienda Justo lo que quieres y cómo quieres quedar. Hablan Perfecto inglés para los que somos extranjeros y nos cuesta un poco de trabajo darnos a entender aquí en Japón. El servicio impecable, te dan de tomar y unas galleta si deliciosas...la música súper relajante... en verdad excelente opción! Son unos profesionales!! The best experience I’ve had at a Japanese hair salon! Lana, the lovely stylist in charge of changing my image was so helpful and although I went with the intent of coloring my (very damaged) hair she instead suggested extensions- which I hadn’t even considered. Albeit slightly daunting, she carefully applied them and was mindful of the fact that I wear my hair up for work and made sure the extensions wouldn’t show if I put my hair up in the usual way I do! 10/10 service, would highly recommend and will definitely be going back!!
Fantastic experience and very professional. I had a full set of highlights, toner and hair cut. I can honestly say that this has been the best my hair has looked. The colour was exactly what I had asked for and the deep conditioning in between made for a great end result. The stylist has experience in professional photo shoots and I could completely see that by the finishing touches to complete the look😊. I completely recommend this salon as they took the time to understand what outcome I wanted and I even completed a hair questionnaire asking need to know questions to provide the best results. Very happy customer!

Just got back from the UK and I was looking for a place that understands western style technique and coloring. I googled 'best hairsalon in Tokyo' and Gold Salon was on top. Checked their website, called and booked. I'm glad I did! Had a long talk with the lovely Lana, the result was perfection! She nailed what I described and wanted!
