不忍通りの古本屋でみつけた半世紀も前の本を読んでたら新茶屋が出てきて思い出した。数年前に訪れたが旅慣れた外国人二人と我々だけ。食事は地のものを丁寧な味付けで供され、落合の石畳みなどにすぐ歩けるところもよい。また秋深まった頃行きたい。
お風呂は21:30以降は入れないのと、朝はシャワーのみでした。しかしそれを補って余りある素晴らしい接客でした。また木曽路に行く際はこちらを利用したいと思います。
ここで素晴らしい滞在ができました。インは歴史的なデザインの点で壮大であり、部屋は広々として快適です。浴衣は、旅館で着ることができるように用意されています（夕食に何を着ようか心配する必要がないのは本当に残念です）。バスは共有されており、一度に2つ収容できますが、ハイキングで長い1日を過ごした後にホットタブに浸かることは素晴らしいことです。特に秋や冬に。夕食は美味しかった!!たくさんの料理があったので、どこから始めたらいいかわかりませんでした（原文）Had a great stay here. The inn is magnificent in terms of it's historic design and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Yukatas are provided so that you can wear them while in the inn (it's really regret not having to worry about what you're going to wear for dinner). The baths are shared and they can accommodate 2 at a time but it's wonderful to soak in the hot tub after a long day of hiking. Especially in autumn or winter. Dinner was delicious!! There were so many dishes I hardly knew where to start
古い昔からこの地でたくさんの旅人を迎えてらっしゃったのでしょう。中仙道の雰囲気の残るとても静かなこの宿で宿泊できたなら、先人の思いを感ずることができるでしょう。

Traditions of old Japan are still alive and cherished by inhabitants in this area.This cozy hotel stands in the edge of old and peaceful village. Kobayashi family runs this cozy hotel with warm heart. I was really surprised to eat dinner. Dishes was not gorgeous but simple and delicious. Owner told me, because most of foods came from their own fields just behind the Hotel.If you wake up with sun, you can enjoy a calm and peaceful work along the lane leading to the center of village. On the way to there, you can see the Mount Ena shining in the light of morning sun, if you are lucky. That reminds me a morning walk in the old u0026 small village in Loetschental of Swiss.Center of village was very clouded with many tourist in the daytime. But it shows you different face in the early morning. Everything is unforgetable for me.昨年5月のGW中にこの宿に泊まりました。このエリアにはよく止まったのですが、機会がなくその時が初めてでした。外見は伝統を守った作りで、維持にオーナーの苦労がしのばれますが、中は極めて快適です。食事は質素ですが、地の食材を使っておりとてもおいしいです。特にお米は自作だそうですが、とてもおいしいです。村のはずれにある分、とても静かです。早起きして村の中心に向けて散歩すると早朝の村の雰囲気が楽しめます。天気が良ければ朝日に輝く恵那山が姿を現すでしょう。ちょうどベンチがありますので、そこに座って一時を楽しめます。まるで昔スイスの寒村に滞在した時の様で、日本でこのような体験ができるとは思っていませんでした。静かに滞在したい人には最適な宿です。
静にゆっくりと休養できます。散策するも見て歩くのも良い宿です。

周辺のオススメ
宿の前や周辺に３つの石碑があります。「一里塚跡」の碑、「これより北 木曽路」の碑、さらに芭蕉の句碑です。「木曽路」の碑は藤村の筆と聞きました。句碑は「おくられつ おくりつはては 木曽の秋」だったと思います。ここは信濃と美濃の境で少し前まで県境でもあったところです。
