This is a tire shop and coffee shop in one building. Family owned. Very friendly staff and the locals like to hang out here. They have a special water spigot that dispenses water for free and the locals believe it's got special power to heal. I just get the lunch, though. :D If the son or daughter is there, they're both fluent and English and can give you some pointers for sightseeing in the area.Bonus fact: My wife and I saw each other for the first time here.
