この場所は絶対に息をのむようでした。箱根の丘の上にあり、美しい木々と素晴らしい景色に囲まれています。私は自分と2人の友人のためにスイートを予約し、とても素敵なリラックスした時間を過ごしました！長い一日の探索の後、家の中の貸切温泉は素晴らしかったです。すべての設備が整っており、本格的な和朝食とキッチンをご利用いただけます。ベッドも非常に快適です。丘の上にあるので、近くの「明神平」と呼ばれるバス停から迎えに行くことができるでしょう。（原文）This place was absolutely breathtaking. Nestled on top of the hills in Hakone it is surrounded by beautiful trees and amazing views. I booked a suite for myself and two of my friends and we had such a lovely relaxing time! The private hot spring inside the house was nice after a long day of exploring. All the amenities are taken care of plus you get an authentic Japanese breakfast and use of the kitchen. Beds are extremely comfortable as well.Since it is located on the hills the host will most likely be able to pick you up from the nearby bus stop which is called Myojintaira.
Not what we expected - nothing private about it. Onsen, dining, bathrooms and living spaces all shared. Walls are paper thin and can hear every noise from other rooms. WiFi very weak and rooms have tiny windows. Onsen hard to access as constantly in use by other guests. Very far from closest bus stop - only one driver so usually have to wait a long time to get dropped off anywhere. We were completely misled by the images used to advertise this place and were quite disappointed with the outcome :(
The accomodation is really nice, the architecture is modern, the room was comfortable and the Japanese breakfast was delicious. However, I only recommend to go there by car. OneLife Hakone is located on the top of hill, with sinuous streets, so it can take a long tiring time walking to the top, especially with luggage. We rented a car, but during check out, we saw guests struggling and getting really anxious and angry because the cabs are rare in the area and the hotel has no pick up/drop off service. The hotel even asked us to drive a couple to the bottom of the hill. Another down was the private onsen. It is only one onsen for the entire complex, no system for booking it and as soon as someone enters the room, it is locked for others, so you can spend a lot of time coming in and out of your room just to monitore whether the onsen is vacant.
最悪。chose this place if you want ruin your holiday.①支払方法が最悪。お金払ってもネットで予約の状態がチェックイン前のまま、この場所税金払ってないと思う。②場所が最悪、最寄駅から30分以上かかる。③サービスが最悪、一名のスタッフしかいない。泊まるところに食事する場所はない！④温泉がねぇ！お風呂はあるけど。⑤壁が極端に薄い、隣の音が全部聞こえる。
The best place I ever had spent a night in. Full of facilities, bathtubs full of natural hot springs and so many things a person would like to wish.
