Saigon Cafe is a small little place with a home feel. The ladies working there are incredibly polite and helpful. Every week is a different set menu. The food is terrific and prepared as you wait. I recommend this place to anyone who is in Sasebo and would like to try something a little different. the post meal coffe if really quite tasty.
