Super nice and professional staff. They speak acceptable English, too. I opened my account here in, say, 30 minutes.
The financial advisors are professional and helpful to Japanese and foreign staff. Waiting times at the bank are significantly shorter than other Japanese banks and the facilities are good.The front desk provided me with poor advice on more than one occasion, otherwise the bank's rating would be higher.
A Japanese bank that makes it easy for foreigners arriving there. No need to have stayed on japanese soil more than 6 months, no need for a job or a recommendation, the staff can speak good english and is very helpful (I recommend the shinjuku eki branch). Just come with a telephone number, resident card with your address and your passport, and in less than one hour you have a bank account and a withdraw card. Then you can withdraw from any ATM machine or any combini anywhere in Japan with zero fees. Esay, simple, quick. I never had any kind of trouble with them.

周辺のオススメ
定期の金利も高いのも良いですが、ネットバンキングの手数料の預入、引き出しのほか、特に振り込み手数料の無料回数が多いので手数料を節約できるために口座開設させていただきました。他行宛に振り込む際に手数料を気にする事がなくなり、すごく便利です。
