本日、日本チェコ協会主催でトムチョ大使の講演会がありました。EU議長国としてのチェコの役割が聴けた良い講演会でした。
チェコビジネスネットワーキングイベント6月29日出席させていただきました。3年ぶりの開催でした。やっぱり人と直接お会い出来る事に改めて感謝！
立派な建物です。
外から見るぶんには立派だなあ以上の感想もないが、ユーザーにとってはお役所仕事に不満爆発の様子。
チェコセンターの展覧会へ行ってきました。とてもラフに気軽に立ち寄れる場所です。また、ビジネス関係チェコの質問などはあらかじめアポイントをして訪問します。とても親切な対応してくれるはずです。
恐ろしいサービス、彼らはドキュメントをチェックするのに永遠にかかります。 2日間で3時間待ちました。コピー機はなく、コンビニまで走らせます。短い労働時間、彼らは何もしません。そして、電話で予定をスケジュールするためのたった1（？！）の作業時間。 09：00〜10：00これは本当ですか？ 😱（原文）Horrible service, they take forever to check documents. I waited 3 hours on 2 different days. No copy machine, they make you run to convenience store. Short working hours, they don't get anything done. And only one(?!)working hour for scheduling appointments by the phone. 09:00~10:00. Is this even for real..? 😱

I just spoke to someone at the Czech Embassy and they were so terribly rude. I only called them to check if they had a translation company that they recommended for legal documents (on the advice of the person on the Czech side who is acting as my power of attorney whilst I apply for my visa), and the lady continuously talked over me, wouldn't answer my question, and gave me information I didn't ask for. When I tried to confirm with her a number she'd given me, she continued to speak about irrelevant things. I barely got a word in edgeways when she had the audacity to complain that I was taking up her time and then she proceeded to hang up on me. In the end, I came out of the conversation with answers to questions I already knew and had not asked about, no answers for the 1 question I TRIED to ask about, and no confirmation on the one number she gave me. Absolutely disgusting and incredibly undiplomatic. It's a shame that there isn't another embassy you can go to, you're stuck with this horrendous service.
