I was living there last year for 1 month. Although rooms and toilets are a little dirty my stay there was great. People living there is very nice and you can have whatever you need (food, cleaning, pharmacy, subway, cloth, books,..) very near. If I ever never need again a long-stay place, i'll repeat there for sure!
