Incredibly unhelpful staff. We didn't have a reservation which is obviously our fault and they had no availability. In ok with that. Howevee we asked for recommendations on other car rental shops in the area and the guy wasn't interested in helping at all. We asked around and found a Toyota rental place across from the train station and he called an English translation service they use to help us out. We went well a car from their instead and would recommend you do too.
