Came here out of sheer luck. Was not disappointed. The place is up the spiral stairs on the 3rd floor. I thought I was going to pay for a 30 dollar hair cut with all the stuff he did but ended up only being a flat 1000 yen so was extremely happy for the price and quality. Will be definitely be coming back every weekend from now on.
