Writing this review as I am having breakfast. The dinner/breakfast cost me 10000 yen (I am hotel Nipponia guest) and it’s so worth it!Had a six course dinner last night done by a local chef - Italian-Japanese fusion style. The standout dish was the pasta with oyster and Wongbok vegetables with lemon based sauce.Restaurant was converted from a 140+ year old house with 2 sections - a counter area and private dining rooms. Lovely decor and craftsman ship.Definitely Michelin grade ambience and food quality.
