They’re probably helpful but it’s a long wait in line for our turns..this place is where you collect train pass to Narita Airport.
Went on a Sunday and hours on Google say opening is 10am but we got there at 9:15 and it was already open with along queue. Waited for about 25 minutes in the line but the staff were efficient and very helpful.Went here to exchange our JR pass since the one at the airport was closed by the time we arrived after our flight. Also reserved tickets for a limited express train since we were there but it's better to do this on the machine in the station (quite easy and no line).
一組当たりの対応時間は3～20分と差が大きい。他国からみたら通貨安、物価安の国ですから、10組待ちの場合も。曜日は問いません。閉店時刻が午後5時なのは早すぎでしょう。オンライン発券機も2台しかない。

服務員都非常親切，但是排隊確實很花時間，平日上午9點，大概排了1.5小時，如果是劃位富士迴游要取票，建議選其他站取票，或者是直接在jr網站上一同購買jr廣域周遊券，這樣才可以直接藉由機台取票！如果是在別的平台買jr廣域周遊券只能現場領！！
