ヘルメットを被り、自転車を選び、調整をしてもらい、コースに出ます。アップダウンが結構あるコースなので、自転車を乗り初めの子供にはなかなか厳しいコースだと思います。Put on your helmet, choose your bike, have it adjusted, and hit the course. The course has quite a few ups and downs, so I think it's quite a difficult course for children who are new to cycling.
