Sugoi! Happy Tails Pet Hotel in Okinawa is an absolutely wonderful establishment for pet boarding. Happy Tails was very accommodating and helped care for our one year old Labrador puppy during our holiday getaway. This was his first time being around other dogs and Happy Tails made us feel so comfortable and confident in leaving him. Our very large and friendly and active puppy was well cared for and had a wonderful time. Happy Tails even sent us pictures of his stay. Happy Tails is definitely one of the friendliest and most caring pet hotels we have ever left our pets with. I would highly recommend this pet hotel for any pet owner who wants the absolute best care for their pet and peace of mind while they are away. Thank you so much Happy Tails. Domo arigatou gozaimasu. I left my 8 month old puppy with Happy Tails for a 2 night stay. As he is still a puppy I was a little nervous leaving him with someone else for the first time, but the owner was super sweet, listened to all my concerns, was patient with me (anxious doggy mum) and followed my preferences for crating at night and feeding.My pup came back happy, tired but not overtired, and was clearly extremely comfortable with the people and other dogs present.I also received regular updates on how he was doing and pictures.I highly recommend Happy Tails and will choose this pet hotel when I need to in the future.

素晴らしい犬のシッター。めぐみは子犬を檻に入れず、家を共有します。一部の寄宿生より少し高いかもしれませんが、あなたの子犬は家族に統合され、閉じ込められて忘れられるだけではないので、それだけの価値があります。強くお勧めします。（原文）Great doggy sitter. Megumi does not put the pups in cages, they share her house with her. May cost a little more than some boarders but well worth it because your pup will be integrated into the family and not just locked up and forgotten. Highly recommend.

She sounds so friendly and accommodating on the phone. My dog is very shy, scare of everything around him, and he doesn’t do well with dogs or human. He won’t pee/poop inside the house and he won’t do these outside the house with stranger either. He would hold it as long as he can and would eventually pee everywhere. When we got there, my dog was still crying and didn’t want to stay. But after we left, she immediately started to walk him to give him a comfortable feel that it’ll be alright. She sent updated on him as well as photos. She also told us that our dog did very well. He does his business outside with her while walking and eats well. She even sent a photo where my dog is sitting with two other dogs in the same room and that makes me so happy. I almost cry. When i picked him up, all my stuffs were ready and my dog smells so good. I will definitely go back to use her services again. This is a five stars pet boarding in Okinawa!
