サウナにシューズを履いたまま入室はしないでほしいですね。日本人も見受けられました。
リスナーは最近、すべての機器をアップグレードし、重量挙げエリアのレイアウトにいくつかの大きな変更を加えました。カーディオマシンの多くも新しいものです。アップグレード前の過去には、現在この機能には当てはまらないレビューが多数ありました。地域の多くの住民が体調を維持するために頻繁に訪れる場所に彼らが投資したことを嬉しく思います。彼らがジムに投資したので、これはキャンプフォスターのガナーズジムに近い競争相手になるかもしれません。
Poor experience overall. The main gym complex, as many others have noted, is unnecessarily crowded with machines stacked nearly on top of one another. Even on a holiday with a smaller than usual crowd, the space felt claustrophobic. The Sports Pro Shop and Tennis Center was also disappointing. The racket selection was sparse, and the tennis court shoes were oddly placed on the other side of the store away from the rackets. When I saw only running shoes and lifting shoes under the tennis equipment section, I asked the receptionist (2/22 around 1100) if they had any court shoes. She gave me a terse "we have what you see" response.

Great gym. It gets a little packed at times but they have everything you need.

I'm here on a Sunday they close from 13:00-14:00 for cleaning. Not sure about the other days so you might probably want to check before.

周辺のオススメ
機材はLifeFitnessとHammerStrengthで統一されており、またハーフラックにはすべてプラットフォームが付いておりバーベルのドロップも可能です。建物自体は古いですがいいジムです。
