The rooms are fine - a little dingy and not spotlessly clean but perfectly habitable. The bed is comfortable. The most annoying thing was the emails from the host. I have been travelling for 6 months and stayed in hundreds of different hotels and I have never received so much unnecessary communication - there were 16 different emails which made it impossible to find the information I actually needed and got actively annoying.
