Mr. Kano was a true gentleman and a great source of information on the techniques and Art of Sushi preparation. The experience at Kanosans Kitchen was informative and tasty. A wonderful experience I highly recommend to others!
We did a sushi class and Tetsuro-san was absolutely amazing. We learnt so many skills that we can take home and had a lot of fun. It was intimate with only myself and my partner which meant it was a very hands on workshop. I would highly recommend this sushi class!

豊洲市場見学と寿司握り体験がセットになっている講座を受講しました。初心者でも魚をさばけるように内容がよく考えられていました。お寿司は量があるので、お昼ご飯は少なめにしておくことをおすすめします。機会があれまた別のお魚の勉強をしたいです。
