守谷神社・冨士神社の特徴
夜泣峠の登り口に位置する神社です。
877年に建国された歴史的な社です。
叡山電車の踏切横での撮影に最適です。
夜泣峠の登り口にあるお社です。昨年の台風の被害が甚大で工事中です。

踏切のすぐそばにあるため、叡山電車からよく見えます。惟喬親王を祀る守谷神社、その母である紀静子を祀る富士神社の二つの社殿があります。
この神社の建国は877年に崇高神社であったと考えられています。二ノ瀬の村人たちはここに高鷹王子の霊を祀っていました。後に神社の名前は森谷神社に変わり、鞍馬川の東の山の真ん中にありました。しかし、神社の構造が血に流されてしまい、次の富士神社は母の静子の霊が祀られていた。コレタカ王子は、帝国社会からの引退を余儀なくされた後、雲ヶ畑、小野郷、大森などの北山の山岳地帯に様々な伝説を残しました。（原文）It is believed that the original establishment of this shrine was 877 as Koretaka Shinno Shrine. The villagers of Ninose enshrined the spirit of Prince Koretaka in this place. Later on the name of shrine changed to Moritani Shrine and located in the middle of a mountain in the east of Kurama River. However the structure of the shrine was washed away by the blood and it was replaced next Fuji Shrine in which the spirit of his mother Shizuko is enshrined. Prince Koretaka has left various legend in the mountainous region of Kitayama such as in the village of Kumogahata, Onogo, Omori etc after he was forced to reduce himself to retire from the world of imperial society.
この神社の本来の敷地は、コレタカ・シンノ神社のように877棟と考えられています。二の子の村人たちは、この場所でKoretaka王の精神を誓った。その後、守谷神社に改称され、鞍馬川の東の山中に位置しています。しかし、神社の構造は血で洗い流され、母親の静子の霊が祀られている次の富士神社に取って代わられました。コルタカ王子は、皇室の世界から退くことを余儀なくされた後、熊谷ハタ、オノゴ、大森などの北山の山間部に様々な伝説を残しました。（原文）It is believed that the original establishment of this shrine was 877 as Koretaka Shinno Shrine.
