Located in the Rhiga Kyoto hotel, we stayed and woke up early for their breakfast buffet. The food was unfortunately lacking and monotonous. Some were even heated up! For 2 adults and 1 kid, we paid over ¥8000 yen as our booking did not cover the breakfast. Although the food is very disappointing, the staff and dining room were top notch.
