秦家住宅の特徴
昔の町屋である秦家住宅に感動が広がる。
オーナー様の生活を残そうとする心意気が素晴らしい。
丁寧に内部を案内していただき、歴史を感じる体験。
いつも前を通るだけですいません。凄いなと思ってましたが、言われを紐解いてみるとやっぱり凄いですね。設備関連に興味があるので外観だけ写真撮らせてもらいました。機会があれば内見もいつかさせていただきたいと思います。
昔からの丁寧な暮らしを実践されている母娘の姿に気高ささえ感じました。心が洗われるような空気感でした。
通りすがりにカッコいい建物だなあと眺めいたら、表に女性が出てこられたので尋ねたら、ここに住んでおられるとのことだった。味があっていいですね。
もともと奇応丸という丸薬屋さんでした。京都市登録有形文化財です。案内板：京都市登録有形文化財秦家住宅当家は祇園祭で太子山を出す町内にあり、江戸時代から薬屋を営んでいた。主屋は表の店舗部分と奥の住居部を玄関部でつないだ表屋造り形式である。明治2年（1869）頃に建てられ、その後明治35年に増築されている。店舗部分の外観は、階高を変えたり看板を作り付けたりして、変化に富む構成である。居住部1階には2列の室を配している。奥列に8畳のザシキと6畳のナカノマを設けているが、玄関から直接ザシキに行けるように、中廊下が配されている。土蔵は切妻造り・本瓦葺の2階建てで、江戸時代後期の建築とみられる。当家住宅は、敷地全体として、下京の伝統的商家のおもかげをよく伝える住宅として貴重である。主屋店舗部及び玄関部 昭和58年6月1日 登録主屋居住部、土蔵、附 廊下 平成20年4月1日 追加登録京都市Originally it was a pill shop called Kiougann.It is a tangible cultural property registered by Kyoto City.Guide plate:Kyoto City Registered Tangible Cultural PropertyHata HouseOur family is located in the town where Taishiyama is located at the Gion Festival, and has been running a drugstore since the Edo period.The main building is a front house style that connects the store part on the front and the residential part in the back with the entrance part. It was built around 1869 (Meiji 2) and then expanded in 1869. The exterior of the store has a variety of configurations, such as changing the floor height and building signboards. There are two rows of rooms on the first floor of the living room. 昔の町屋です。一階と二階の間に出っ張った屋号の部分が特に印象に残っる建物だった。
内部を大変丁寧に案内してもらえました。今でも現役に民家として人が住んでいるので、ほっとする雰囲気のおうちです。要予約。
