少し前にDHLから神戸市に小包が届きました。彼らは事前に私に電話をかけ、日時について合意しました。指定された日に、配達人が小包を持ってきました。では、神戸市のDHLで良い経験をしてしまいました。

いつもは郵便局で発送するがコロナの影響でEMSが送れないため、初めて利用。料金が高いなあ・・・。事前にネットで見積もりを作成して行かないと、受付でかなり時間がかかってしまう。しかもその見積もりを作るシステムが結構面倒で、すぐエラーになるのですごく使いにくい。スマホを使い慣れてない世代だと難しいと思う。男性のスタッフの方がとても親切に教えてくださったので有り難かった。
住所確認のEメールが届いたので、真偽の確認に電話しました。的確な指摘でハッキリとフィッシングメールであると判明しました❗
Really bad service. The worst ever I got in Japan.I prepared a printed address of my package recipient and show it to the guy in reception. The guy refused to read that and instead asked me to write the recipient address in a piece of paper. After that he made a waybill that is full of mistakes. Not only the address full of typo, recipient phone number also incomplete. With that many mistakes it will be impossible for the document to arrive at destination. It is clear that he can't read the written romaji properly. This would not happened if he just accepted the printed address and read it.I told him all of the mistakes and demand he correct it. Finally he read the printed address of my package recipient and try to correct it. He made correction on some mistakes but new mistakes appeared.Really frustrating, I demanded they correct everything again and waited for 1 hour. Another guy did the correction.Finally, they assured me that the address now correct.Still, It is difficult for me to trust them.I hope the documents will safely arrive on time.

本当に久しぶりに利用しました。海外からの荷物は、神戸サービスセンターで受け取る方が都合がよいので、出向きました。駅からは離れておりますが、わかりやすい場所でした。スマホで手続きができて、確実に受け取れて安心です💞
