神戸に住んでいる🏦だと思いますが、日本語がないとコミュニケーションがとれません。 ATMには英語のオプションはありません。また、前兆として、ここで預金や引き出しを行うことは困難です💰。でもこのような地元の日本人かもしれません。（原文）It's a local 🏦 in Kobe area (I think), very difficult to communicate with them without proper Japanese language.
