西本願寺の近くで文明15年創業の老舗和菓子店✨もっちりとした食感と表面にケシの実がたくさん✨麦芽飴･白味噌をねってあるので、優しい甘さと風味が良い✨しつこくない上品な甘さで、この松風が500年以上前からあったと思うと、凄い事だなと思いました✨戦国時代に兵糧として作られた京銘菓✨京都に行かれたらぜひ、味わってもらいたい一品✨
小麦粉、砂糖、麦芽飴そして白味噌を混ぜ合せて自然発酵させて出来上がった生地を 直径約45.5cmの一文字鍋に流し込み、表面にケシの実を振りかけて焼き上げて大きな丸状の 松風が出来上がります。本願寺ゆかりの銘菓「松風」元亀元年（西暦1570年）に始まり、11年間続いた織田信長と石山本願寺（現在の大阪城の地） の合戦のさなか、当家三代目大塚治右衛門春近が創製した品が兵糧の代わりとなり、 信長と和睦の後に顕如上人が「わすれては波のおとかとおもうなり まくらにちかき庭の松風」と、京都六条下間（しもつま）邸にて詠まれた歌から銘を賜り、 これが「松風」のはじまりだと伝わっています。 以来、石山籠城ゆかりの「松風」は、門徒さんにとっては本山へ 詣ったという証のようなものでした。歴史に抱かれるように生まれ、多くの人々に よって育まれた素朴な味と姿は、亀屋陸奥の代表銘菓として幾百年の時代を超えて 今も多くの人々に愛されております。（同社HPより）司馬遼太郎氏の小説に「松風」が登場します。土方歳三を主人公とした「燃えよ剣」（文芸春秋「司馬遼太郎全集」６巻）である。鳥羽伏見の戦いに敗れ、江戸へ戻る途中、大坂の料亭「西昭庵」に滞在した折、連れのお雪さんが お茶とお菓子をすすめた。このお菓子が「松風」である。（江戸への章）もうひとつは「関ヶ原」（新潮文庫「関ヶ原」上中下巻）である。徳川家康の問罪使との会見後、上杉景勝と直江兼続が 主従水入らずで茶を楽しみながら「松風」の話をしている。 やがて兼続は上屋敷に戻り、家康への挑戦状、所謂「直江状」をしたためるのである。（挑戦の章）また、司馬遼太郎氏と亀屋陸奥、「松風」との出会いのきっかけについては、 エッセイ「司馬遼太郎が考えたこと」（新潮文庫１、２巻）に書いています。（同社HPより）The dough is made by mixing flour, sugar, malt candy, and white miso and letting it ferment naturally. 西本願寺向かいにある老舗和菓子屋さん。室町時代の創業で800年の歴史があるそうです。お菓子は色々ありますが松風が有名です。地方発送も対応してもらえます。
私は「西六条寺内松風」の方が好きです。
癖になる美味しさ😋京都に行ったら、必ず買ってね😁

ここのお菓子は美味しいです。
小さい頃に祖父がお土産で買ってきてくれた松風お得用。40年経っても無性に食べたくなり京都まで買いに行きます。ほんのりした味噌らしくない甘さ、ケシの実の風味がやみつきになります。まぁ食べてみれば分かる。おひとつどうぞお土産に。喜ばれますよ。
