I’ve been living in Japan for only a few months and am still a beginner in my studies of the language. Going to doctors and pharmacies is often very anxiety inducing when you can’t communicate well.I took my prescription to this pharmacy and they were so accommodating. This experience was what I think of when I think of Japanese hospitality. They took the time to print out the instructions for taking my medicine in English and they took their time making sure everything was done properly and with care.It’s places like this that encourage me to continue studying the language more. They were so kind that I felt bad to burden them by not understanding Japanese to a higher level. Thank you for your effort. Hope to speak Japanese better for my next visit.
