駅たびコンシェルジュ渋谷の特徴
渋谷駅から徒歩圏内でアクセスが良好です。
新幹線の予約が手軽にできて便利です。
待っている間に飲み物やスナックを提供してくれます。
It is just outside the station (east to reach). The service is good even though they struggle a little with English. They help you make your reservations for bullet train (in case you need it). It may take a time (around 30 minutes) sometime so it's better to receive the JR pass a day before you start your travel.
The staff are so helpful and accommodating. While I was waiting for friends they provided me with a little snack and drink.We had our bags stored for the day but they also had benches with power points if you need to recharge.

周辺のオススメ
ハチ公口のみどりの窓口が９月末で閉鎖となったので、やむを得ず行きました。窓口は五つありますが、並んでいる人が多く、かなりの待ち時間を要しました。
