シャチは、トラの頭、隆起した尾、背中に沿った鋭いひれの列を持つ魚に似た伝説の生き物です。寺院を火から守る守護神とされています。長くは続かないので、改修時に新しいシャチに交換しました。 3つの異なるシャチのレプリカがここに表示されます。（原文）Shachi is legendary creature resembling a fish with the head of a tiger, a raised tail and rows of sharp fins along its back. It is regarded as a guardian deity to protect the temple from fire. Because it doesn't last long, these Shachi were replaced to new ones at the time of renovation. Three different Shachi's replicas are displayed here.
