They don't have anyone that speaks English here. However I had a simple problem with a door not latching. The mechanic and I were able to use apps to communicate. The mechanic was very nice and stoped what he was doing just to help me. They ordered the part and called me when I came in. And replaced it as soon as I showed up again. Cost $50 to replace a lock. With used parts.
