August 2023: My Wife and I did our advanced open water certification with Heidi Passage! She is an excellent instructor and was very patient with us. Heidi takes careful measures in making sure you understand your tasks and skills so that you do them correctly and create good diving habits! I Highly recommend her.October 2022:I took the Padi-Reactivate course with Shane after not diving for half a decade. He did a fantastic job and is a great instructor! Thank you Shane!

Great costumer service! They assisted me very fast and gave me all the information I needed for my Open Water Certification.Once at the pool the instructor Mike was a phenomenal help. This weekend we are going out in the sea for the final portion of the certification.I will be coming back for further courses.

You can get some things as cheap or only slightly cheaper off a few websites, but if you want it now they will have the best price. Admittedly the stocking there is currently hit or miss, but with COVID that is typical. Some of the staff seem less than fluent with diving, but given that it is probably a part time job for them while being stationed in Oki that is understandable. The instructor I interacted with was great, knowledgable, and made the material simple and interesting. He even brought an extra set of tanks for us to do 3 dives instead of just the required 2 the last day.

We've been in many times since getting certified but we spent literally 5 hours today in the store for the sale and spent a lot of money on all the rest of our gear. The staff on hand were great and the vast majority of them are very knowledgeable. We appreciate the patience while explaining all the products to us and not getting frustrated at what are likely pretty stupid questions. They will definitely be our go-to for our scuba needs

My wife walked in there on one occasion 10 to 15 mins before closing just to buy a pair of gloves for her third ocean dive in her open water class. It wasn’t going to take more than 5 minutes. They kept trying to get her out the door and stating that she doesn’t need gloves. They said her diving instructor was “stupid” for taking her to the ocean...in the open water cert class....I don’t think many of them are dive certified if they aren’t aware that you need to accomplish an ocean dive to get your open water certification. Very poor customer service anytime we’ve been there. Torii Scuba Locker is where I go for everything now, I highly recommend you go there.

Regardless I would highly recommend here.You can schedule classes for certifications, buy/rent gear, and set up trips from this location. As well as get useful information about dive sites.

Scott was awesome as he helped me purchase and put in my prescription lenses for my new goggles. Took the Advanced Open Water and Nitrox certifications -PADI through Tsunami Scuba.
