Being a foreigner who isn't very good at Japanese can be intimidating when going to salons. However, at Able to Hair, Hatakana san made sure I was comfortable. She was genuine, kind and friendly, and was understanding about my Japanese ability. Nonetheless, she still made a huge effort to make conversation with me and it was a fun experience! I went for a headspa which was very relaxing, and I got many compliments on the haircut the same day I got it. Thank you for the pleasant experience. I will definitely come back!
